The Latest News From SHAC’s Quiz Evening

For all those keen quiz fans out there SHAC’s next quiz night will be held at the Rainbow cafe on Wednesday the 20th March 2019 at 7 – 9 pm.  Tickets are available from our manager Gill (you can call her on: 01252 266841 or email her at: ageconcern-fandc@hotmail.co.uk) for the very reasonable price of just £6.00, everyone is welcome and at the time of going to press there are still plenty of tickets available, so please do let your friends know.  The theme for the March edition will be Saint George, I am told that our very own Gwen (one of SHAC’s Trustees) is working on a special set of questions for the evening; it will be very interesting see what fiendishly difficult questions she comes up with!

To give you all a flavor of what to expect and hopefully recruit many more of those keen quizzers I am sure are out the, here are some of the photographs from the February edition of the quiz night, which appropriately had a valentines theme!  I am sure that you will all agree that it is fantastic to see Gill enjoying herself as a guest at the Rainbow cafe for a change, rather than working so hard to ensure that everyone else has a great time, as she usually is!  Many thanks to Jan Collett for providing the wonderful home made chocolate strawberries.
