Jazz Singer Entertains Tea and Memories Guests

Surrey Heath Age Concern CIO’s every popular Tea and Memories at the Rainbow café on Tuesday afternoons, continues to go from strength-to-strength!

The next event at the cafe will be the monthly quiz evening on 21st August – open to all booking essential.

Guests at the Rainbow Cafe’s Weekly Tea and Memories event finished off it’s summer season with entertainment from the talented local singer Jen Marchant, with songs from the 40’s, 50’s 60’s and 70’s, Jen had everyone  swinging to the rhythms and singing along! The twenty two guests were looked after by Gill and eager young staff from Sainsburys who were attending as part their company’s 150 years of service celebrations which included sponsorship of the Rainbow Cafe. It was also a great opportunity to introduce to every one to Tracy Hiney, the new charity manager for Surrey Heath Age Concern.

Our Vintage Tea Parties will resume after the summer break on Tuesday 3rd September, commencing at usual time of 3pm.
