Vintage Tea Party Update

Our Vintage Tea Party  really does continue to go from strength-to-strength, on a recent very warm and sunny Tuesday afternoon I went to SHAC’s Rainbow Cafe in Camberley town centre.   I found myself surrounded by a real crowd of friendly smiling faces, Gill, Peter and their team of volunteers are really doing a superb job of spreading laughter and happiness amongst the older generation in our community; but don’t just take my word for it have a look at some of the photos from the day!

We were treated to an excellent tea with fantastic cakes and sandwiches, the sing-a-long (which as usual proved very popular), a quiz (this is a great opportunity for the older generation to show off their knowledge and put us youngsters firmly in our place!) and the raffle (with the chance to win some excellent prizes).

If you would like to join in with all this fun (and I really encourage you to do so) it could not be easier; you can either: call 01252 266841, e-mail office@sh-ac.org.uk and you can now even contact us here at the website by completing the form on the contact us page.  The cost is only £2.50 per person, a real bargain in my opinion!
